Come join the library and Galia Alexander for an evening of fun creating our own lacto-fermented sauerkraut. We will supply the cabbage, spices etc, but you will need to bring your own 1 quart mason jar, a bowl, a cutting board, a knife and a tamper or wooden spoon.
